Staff Roster & Therapist Ranking:

Maintains staff Roster for Therapist on a daily basis with shift wise different color-coding. Roaster supports shift, timings, training OD and leave planning of the Therapists for current and future period.

If Therapist is assigned to any treatment for the day then in Roster it will display in red color and won’t allow permission or leave for those days. Only way to grant permission is to remove the Therapist first from those bookings.

Each Therapist is attached to applicable Treatments with ratings. Hence while selecting the Therapist rating can be used to select the Therapist for the Guest.

SPA Billing:

Price List is supported for period wise. For each treatment / product various price type wise prices are supported and this gives flexibility to select different prices for Guest.

Price List is applicable based on the effective date.  Hence well in advance price List can be generated with effective from and to date.

Bill can be made directly from the Reservation screen by clicking the Reservation.

Target Budget Analysis:

System maintains Therapist wise and Receptionist wise monthly Target Budget Analysis vs actual.

Also system provides for SPA outlet wise Revenue wise monthly Revenue Target Analysis vs actual.

Guest Profile & Analysis:

System maintains Guest profile with following information:
